Our Background
SPA CENTRAL was founded in 2009 to create one of the first boutique day spas in Batam. International guests travelling to Batam were often misguided when it came to selecting a reputable day spa to relax and unwind. Spa Central was one of those unique places where you could feel at home and be treated professionally.
Beyond Batam, we have a vision to replicate this unique experience to other major cities in Indonesia. Spa Central has taken Yogyakarta as its first city outside of Batam. Our goal is to be the ethical day spa with the most outstanding service and environment at a sensible price. Our therapists are the backbone of our spa as they massage you with their labour of love. We aim to provide a sustainable future for our staff and the community that they live in, so we continually deliver the quality services that we pride ourselves in. At Spa Central, we got your back!

What Our Therapists Say
DO I NEED TO MAKE A SPA APPOINTMENT?
Yes, it is always advisable to make an appointment for your spa session in advance. A deposit may be necessary to ensure the availability of your treatment with the preferred time slot reserved. Walk-ins are accepted, however it is always subject to availability.
We are pleased to serve you. You may wish to contact our branches directly at the following number.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. We would like to have a chat with you on your appointment and get you settled prior to your scheduled spa treatment(s). This is to ensure you get the best out of your spa treatment(s).
If you’re running late, do call us right away so that we can try to make the necessary adjustments to ensure that you can still enjoy the full duration of the scheduled treatment. We will hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes from your scheduled time.
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.
